The only personal data collected is that which you send us voluntarily when requesting contact (surname, first name, email address, telephone number). This collection is necessary to respond to your request and therefore serves an explicit, legitimate and specific purpose.

Semantica is the sole recipient of your personal data. Semantica does not transfer or communicate your data to third parties except in the context of a law or regulatory provision in force, or a court order, or if such disclosure is necessary in the context of an investigation or proceedings.

Data is only kept for the time required for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with current legislation. Technical security measures are also implemented to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

In accordance with French regulations and the RGPD, you have the right to access your personal data.

You also have the right to rectify and delete any data that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date or whose collection is unnecessary and based on your consent. You may object to the processing of your data at any time and withdraw your consent.
