General objective
To enable support professionals (coaches, HR, etc.) to interpret, report on and use a semiological profile in the context of individual, managerial or strategic support.
Specific objectives
- Understand the internal structure of a semiological profile (circuits, drives, blockers, colourimetry)
- Identify the strengths, areas for improvement and areas for development in an automatically generated profile
- Present a profile orally with clarity, impact and professionalism
- Work with the coachee to develop a forward-looking plan based on the data provided
- Integrate semiological analysis as a tool in coaching, recruitment, mobility, assessment, etc.
Targeted skills
At the end of the training course, participants will be able to:
- Read a semiological profile and understand its structural logic
- Distinguish between motor, secondary and fragile circuits
- Identify blocking dynamics (lockers, underused or overactive circuits)
- Summarise a profile in a concise, educational manner appropriate to the target audience
- Formulate operational recommendations without technical jargon
The certification process consists of the following four stages:
Prior to this, the trainee will have received a neurobehavioural assessment questionnaire when signing the contract, which must be completed at least three weeks before the start of the training course so that it can be analysed in good time.
Ten group distance learning modules, consisting of:
- 1 group introductory session and presentation of the course via video conference (1.5 hours)
- 10 group modules via video conference spread over two months (3 hours each) – multiple-choice questions to be completed at the end of each module
- 10 hours of videos to be watched independently
- Practical exercises to be completed between sessions
Individual mentoring and debriefing
- Two 1.5-hour individual mentoring sessions (3 hours in total)
- One personalised debriefing of your semiology file (1.5 hours)
Certification
- Final certification issued after validation of an individually studied case and a debriefing recording
Post-training follow-up
- Post-training follow-up for 1 year (1 supervision session per quarter included in the first year, payable from the second year onwards)
